The house was constructed using an extensive amount of modern insulation to allow an Air Source Heat Pump to run and control the heating and hot water within the property. Again due to the location of the plot a lot of work was involved in bringing new services to the property including all foul drainage which was controlled via a large septic tank all installed by our in house ground working team. The project was fully completed by ourselves including all finishes such as decorations and flooring.
