Large structural alterations were carried out both on the ground floor and first floor to enable the integration from old to new. Internal boundary walls were soundproofed and cladded with brick slips to compliment the interior design. The new bathrooms were also carefully designed with bespoke one off items.

Other works carried out within the project included bespoke wardrobes and fitted storage units housing utility appliances, a porcelain paved terrace, concealed flush door surround finishes, and shadow gap skirting detailing.
